FintechOS are looking for a Sales Director to be responsible for driving strategic sales initiatives into the EMEA Insurance market.

The Role

  • An assigned and dedicated Business Development Manager will support you in lead qualification and sales opportunities
  • Your accounts will be a blend of clients with additional revenue opportunities and prospects
  • Turning potential customer’s business issues, latent needs or technology pain points into compelling solutions and vision
  • Collaborating with a close team of world-class pre-sales engineers feeding them with spot-on intelligence to articulate a clear, concise return on investment value statements
  • Measurable on revenue achievement and satisfied and reference-able customers.

Job Requirements

  • Ability to communicate and articulate with C-Level decision-makers of Tier 1 and 2 insurance companies
  • Develop business in multi-regions across EMEA
  • Track record over achieving 7 figure targets
  • Understand the complexities of developing revenue opportunities through an eco-system
  • MEDDIC trained
  • Proactive attitude with the initiative to get things done
  • Exceptional time management and multitasking skills
  • Organised, structured and punctual with remarkable problem-solving skills.
