About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated and talented Intern Developer to join our Technology Delivery Team. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and contribute to the development and delivery of cutting-edge technology solutions. This position offers a unique chance to work in a dynamic environment and collaborate with experienced professionals in the Fintech industry.

What you’ll be doing: 

• Assist the Technology Delivery Team in the design, development, testing, and deployment of software solutions for our Fintech products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and quality assurance, to gather requirements and define technical specifications.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using industry best practices and coding standards.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance the overall quality of the codebase.
• Troubleshoot and debug software defects, identify root causes and propose solutions.
• Contribute to the documentation of software features, including technical specifications and user guides.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to suggest innovative solutions for product enhancements.
• Support the Technology Delivery Team in various tasks and projects as assigned.

What you need:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Solid understanding of programming fundamentals and object-oriented principles.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript.
• Knowledge of web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js) is a plus.
• Familiarity with database systems (SQL, NoSQL) and data modelling concepts.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
