FintechOS strengthens its management team: Dan Brătășanu joins as Business Analysis & Solution Architecture Director for CEE
A specialist in business analysis of financial-banking and fintech, Dan will play a key role in creating customized and integrated turnkey solutions for the end-to-end transformation of financial organizations.
FintechOS, a global technology provider for financial institutions, including banks and insurance companies, announces that Dan Brătășanu (32y) has joined its management team as Business Analysis & Solution Architecture Director for CEE.
With more than 10 years’ experience in business analysis, Dan has specialized in banking and fintech. Over his career to date, he has contributed to the success of many leading organizations, such as Deutsche Bank, one of the world’s largest financial institutions.
FintechOS is strengthening its management team at a time when many financial organizations are redefining their vision in response to the growing importance of digital in delivering their services. Since the outbreak of the pandemic, financial services companies have accelerated their end-to-end transformation and reoriented processes around a customer-centric approach, all carried out in order to adapt to the new reality.
“This is the perfect timing for us to expand our team and bring in the best people with a deep understanding of the business architecture in the financial industry. Bringing our expertise is a top priority when working with clients, as the demand for rapidly deployed low-code solutions is on the rise. We ensure that customers of FintechOS receive not only cutting edge tech solutions but also some of the best available business knowledge in the industry and the right partner to migrate their organizations to a digital economy”, said Gareth Evans, Chief Delivery Officer in Engagement & Delivery at FintechOS, who will work closely with Brătășanu.
Brătășanu’s addition to the FintechOS team comes shortly after the assignment of Remco Jorna, an experienced specialist in IT strategy and enterprise architecture, to the role of CTO. During the past 15 years, Remco worked within Microsoft’s Global Account organization and for two leading Dutch insurance companies.
Strengthening the top management team is a natural move for FintechOS in light of its growth consolidation strategy and as it prepares the company for a new round of financing (B Series). On product development, the company has continued along with its innovation roadmap, launching the latest version of its technology in June. FintechOS 20.R2 was designed to help financial services organizations respond quickly to the Covid-19-induced crisis.
Thanks to these recent innovations, banks and insurers, together with the other financial services players working with FintechOS on ongoing projects, are able to launch new products and services in a very short time (6-8 weeks) across all channels, fully automated and customized.
FintechOS (www.fintechos.com) provides financial institutions from more than 20 markets, on four continents, with access to state-of-the-art technology that accelerates the digital transformation of customer interactions.
FintechOS’s core technology allows financial services providers to redefine the customer experience, offering them a complete digital journey through intelligent automation of digital processes. The products and experiences are hyper-customized for each customer.
