The Role

  • Overseeing the successful delivery of FintechOS implementation projects or programs within Central & Eastern Europe, which are driven by our project managers
  • Discussing with top tier implementation partners and other selected partners to support them in their FintechOS implementation
  • Arranging internal discussions with your R&D colleagues to align potential dependencies between the projects and product development
  • Working closely with project managers to steer the successful implementation of the projects
  • Continuously improving Customer Success delivery and effectiveness, for example by sharing project best practices
  • Being responsible for proper stakeholder management and expectation management within the FintechOS organisation, and with our clients
  • Reviewing contracts and proposals, and mentoring project managers
  • Being responsible for line management of business analysts, user experience designers and project managers within Central & Eastern Europe
  • Extensively travelling throughout Central & Eastern Europe to include time on-site at various customer and integration partners locations

Job Requirements

  • Seasoned professional with extensive experience in a similar role
  • Ability to provide delivery best practice insights and advice to both customers and FintechOS teams
  • An Agile mindset with experience working in an Agile environment
  • Substantial experience in managing development projects
  • Keen entrepreneurial spirit will add to your success
