The Role

  • Driving revenue in an ecosystem
  • Nurturing existing relationships and ensuring continuous pipeline and sales growth
  • Leveraging existing relationships primarily with marketplace partners
  • Developing marketplace partner management plan to meet agreed targets and KPI’s
  • Actively managing partners through the whole partnership lifecycle
  • Coordinating all company activities with the partners including training, demos, marketing activities, executive briefings, business planning and client engagements
  • Acting as the point of contact for sales and pre-sales to support setting up a solution ecosystem
  • Actively engaging internal teams to ensure partners’ success
  • Willingness to travel within North Europe

Technical Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in partner management and/or business development
  • Curiosity and excitement about innovation in the financial services market
  • Experience of selling to CIO and decision-makers C-level executives
  • Ability to explain the benefits of working with partners to internal teams (sales, delivery, solutions engineering, development)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Good understanding of the financial services market and vocabulary
