OMNIASIG accelerates digital transformation of their health insurance LoB in partnership with  FintechOS

FintechOS re-engineered its technology during the pandemic to deliver end-to-end customer experience digitisation at speed.

Bucharest, June 29 2020 – Leading insurer OMNIASIG, part of Vienna Insurance Group and FintechOS, a global provider of technology for the digital transformation of banks, insurance companies and other financial services organisations, has completed the first stage of Omniasig’s digitisation of its health insurance products and services. The partnership between Omniasig and FintechOS kicked off in 2019.

·       Omniasig implemented and automated several processes on their recent launch health insurance services, including its recently launched product, OMNI+
·       Omniasig digitised the following activities and processes: the internal management of its offers and policies, the management of its portfolio and customers, claims management, customer interactions and communication with its suppliers of medical care services;
·       The insurer also successfully automated the generation of statistical reports of insurance products and services, with no human intervention at all;

The digitisation and automation of these processes within the health insurance business line will be the foundation of future solutions for customers to manage their policies in a seamless, self-service way, improving access to health services without the need for call-centre interactions.

All of these processes have been digitised with the help of FintechOS technology, which has the ability to integrate data from multiple external sources, as well as to analyse information automatically in a very short period of time.
