What You Will Do
- Own and manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring long-term customer success, retention, and growth, while ensuring GM (gross margin) is within target.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-Level executives, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Drive account development strategies, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities aligned with customer goals.
- Ensure customers fully realize the value of the FintechOS platform by supporting adoption, expansion, and continuous optimization.
- Collaborate closely with customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding, delivery, and ongoing engagement.
- Monitor account health, proactively addressing risks and identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and outcomes.
- Own contract renewals, commercial discussions, and negotiations to secure long-term partnerships.
- Act as the voice of the customer internally, providing feedback to product, marketing, and leadership teams.
- Contribute to a collaborative, results-driven, and customer-centric company culture.
- Participate in strategic initiatives such as client planning, executive business reviews, and account roadmaps.
What you have:
- Proven experience in account management, customer success, or enterprise relationship management, ideally within fintech or SaaS.
- Strong understanding of financial services, including market dynamics, challenges, and opportunities.
- Experience managing and growing enterprise accounts, preferably within financial institutions.
- An established network across CEE financial institutions, especially at senior management level, is a strong advantage.
- Demonstrated success in driving account expansion, renewals, and long-term customer value.
- A consultative, customer-first approach, with the ability to understand business needs and translate them into value-driven solutions.
- Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage complex accounts across multiple markets.
- Familiarity with SaaS business models and customer lifecycle management.
- Experience working in a start-up or scale-up environment is a plus.
- Strong collaboration skills, working effectively with sales, pre-sales, delivery, and marketing teams.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and account management methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
