We really want for you to experience a journey on our Website as smooth as possible and to that end we have adopted these terms and conditions (the “T&Cs”) which apply each time a user, including you, accesses and uses the Website. The Website is operated by Fintech OS SRL, which is a limited liability company registered in Romania under company number J40/14655/2017, with its registered office at 46D-46E-48 Pipera Road, Oregon Park, Building C, 2nd Floor, Bucharest. Our VAT code is RO38120136. (“FintechOS”)
Through the Website, you have access to a variety of Online Services which include:
- text, images, graphics, audio and video such as podcasts and webinars, and other similar content, and documents such as press releases and information related to our products (“Materials”);
- proprietary software and related documentation (“Software”) and
- blogs, chat areas, bulletin boards, discussion groups, and other services in connection with which you can download, share, email, post, publish, transmit or otherwise access or make available content (“Forums”).
The Online Services, Software, Materials, Forums, and other information, content and services made available on the Website are collectively referred to as “Content”.
By accessing or using the Website or the Content provided on or through the Website, you agree to follow and be bound by these T&Cs concerning your access to and use of the Website and the Content.
We reserve the right to modify the Website or the Content at any time, with or without notice to you. For example, we may add or remove functionality or features, and we may suspend or stop a particular feature altogether. We also reserve the right to charge a fee for any of our features at any time. For example, if you wish to register to access and use our Academy program made available through that section of the Website located at https://academy.fintechos.com/, then you will need to accept the FintechOS Academy additional terms and conditions.

Please do not use the Website or Content provided on or through the Website in a way that violates any laws, infringes on anyone’s rights or interferes with the Website or any of its features.
Even though we believe these to be common sense and you should avoid engaging in such activities, please be aware that we do not tolerate the following:

- attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of the Website, the server on which the Website is stored, or any server, computer, or database connected to the Website;

You undertake not take any action inconsistent with the FintechOS’s ownership of the Marks, and any benefits accruing from use of such Marks shall automatically vest in the owner.
Third-Party Websites, Content, Products and Services
FintechOS is not responsible for third-party products and services provided on or through the Website and you bear all risks associated with the access and use of such websites and third-party products and services.
Who is responsible if things go wrong
We employ a commercially reasonable level of care and we strive to do our best to make sure you enjoy our Website and the Content provided to you. However, there are certain things that we cannot promise.
OTHER THAN AS EXPRESSLY SET OUT IN THESE T&CS, THE WEBSITE, AND ALL CONTENT PROVIDED ON OR THROUGH THE WEBSITE ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT, WHETHER ARISING BY LAW, USAGE OR TRADE. Liability for our Website
IN NO EVENT SHALL FINTECHOS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA OR USE, INCURRED BY YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION IN CONTRACT OR TORT, ARISING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO, OR USE OF, THE WEBSITE OR ANY CONTENT PROVIDED ON OR THROUGH THE WEBSITE. In some specific cases we might require you to provide us with certain personal information in order to access specific Content and/or parts of the Website (for example, when you request to book a demo of our product).
