What You Will Do
- Own and drive strategic sales initiatives and define & execute a local go-to-market strategy.
- Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including C-Level executives, to build trust and drive adoption of FintechOS solutions.
- Articulate the value proposition of FintechOS to potential prospects and existing customers, demonstrating how our platform enables digital transformation for financial institutions.
- Identify new revenue opportunities and develop expansion strategies across the territory.
- Manage complex enterprise sales cycles across multiple markets, navigating diverse regulatory and business landscapes.
- Ensure a seamless collaboration with the professional services and customer success teams to maximize customer satisfaction and successful onboarding.
- Work collaboratively across departments to help nurture a results-driven, team-oriented company culture.
- Lead partnership discussions and assist with RFP responses to potential clients.
What you have:
- Proven experience in an account management or enterprise sales role, with a focus on financial institutions and fintech SaaS solutions.
- A strong understanding of financial services, including market themes, challenges, and opportunities.
- An established network across CEE financial institutions, especially at senior management level, enabling you to open meaningful conversations quickly, validate opportunities early, and navigate complex enterprise sales cycles with confidence.
- A background in selling fintech SaaS solutions and knowledge of the digital transformation landscape within financial institutions.
- Experience working in and embracing the challenges and opportunities of a start-up or scale-up environment.
- Demonstrated success in managing complex enterprise sales processes and achieving revenue growth.
- A consultative sales approach, with the ability to understand customer needs, challenge assumptions, and develop effective closing strategies.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- A deep understanding of SaaS business models and how they apply to financial institutions.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, working closely with pre-sales, marketing, and other departments.
- Familiarity with sales tools, CRM platforms, and sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
