Research and Development
Designs and builds the FintechOS platform, including Product Operations capabilities, Data Core, and AI Workflow Engine. Responsible for product innovation, architecture, and continuous delivery of scalable, secure, and enterprise-grade solutions for financial services.
Sales
Leads customer acquisition by engaging financial institutions and guiding them through complex buying decisions. Focuses on aligning FintechOS capabilities to business outcomes, navigating multi-stakeholder environments, and driving adoption of Product Operations transformation.
Customer Success
Ensures customers successfully adopt and scale FintechOS. Works closely with financial institutions to drive implementation, optimize product usage, and deliver measurable business outcomes across product operations, from initial deployment to long-term expansion.
Marketing
Drives category positioning and market awareness for FintechOS as the AI-fluent Unified Product Operations platform. Responsible for messaging, demand generation, content, and go-to-market strategies that engage banking and insurance leaders and support pipeline growth.
