Once again, the festive season is upon us and we find ourselves wrapping up another year. I would like to thank all FintechOS employees, customers, partners and collaborators for working so hard and achieving record success in what has been a very challenging year for all of us.
Whether this year has brought us resilience, isolation, anxiety, empathy, hope, joy, patience or optimism, one thing is for certain – 2020 and its unique blend of mixed feelings and unprecedented events, has brought our humanity back like no other.
We, at FintechOS, have managed to adapt to its speed and adrenaline. We worked harder than ever to serve our customers’ increasing needs for a digitally-driven economy. We did our best for the safety of our employees and customers. We continued to accelerate our product innovation and have had two main product launches of our cloud-native technology. Our hard work is shown also in our 233 %-YOY growth.
We have strengthened our management team. We were recognized as Europe’s hottest fintech start-up. We hosted FintechOS Annual Summit, a virtual world-class conference gathering the leaders and pioneers in financial services.
Looking at 2020 and the pandemic hit, it is almost logical to believe that the banks who have better digital capabilities will benefit relative to peers who may struggle to cope with banking in the lockdown. Bank customers are in the situation to only be able to use digital channels and may look unfavorably on banks whose systems feel slow, cumbersome, or overly complicated. Banks must ensure customers using remote channels have a positive experience both during, and beyond the crisis.
One of our FintechOS strengths is the trust and loyalty of our customers and ecosystem. Therefore we maintain our pledge to them and in 2021, we will continue our accelerated pace to serve banks and insurance companies in their digital transformation journeys and help banks cope with the tougher operating environments that the pandemic has brought.
We are committed to expanding to new regions with dedicated products and services, as well as forming regional partnerships and get one step closer to a truly international company.
2021 will be a very exciting one. On behalf of myself, the executive team, and the FintechOS employees, I wish you happy holidays and a prosperous and happy new year. May your time with family and friends be merry and bright and we look forward to a successful 2021 working together.
