London, 8 September 2025Hanscom Federal Credit Union has launched its new Digital Account Opening Solution, marking a major step forward in its mission to deliver exceptional experiences to its members. The launch underscores Hanscom’s commitment to innovation and its leadership in bringing modern, frictionless banking to its community. 

Built on FintechOS 24, the solution empowers Hanscom FCU to offer faster, simpler onboarding for both new and existing members. By integrating seamlessly with existing systems, Hanscom has modernized its account opening process without disruption, accelerating digital transformation while staying true to its member-first values. 

The launch was completed with zero downtime, ensuring uninterrupted member services from day one. In just the first few weeks, hundreds have been opened, with members now able to seamlessly create memberships, update profiles, and open and fund checking or deposit accounts in just a few clicks. By building on FintechOS 24, Hanscom has also established a future-ready foundation, positioning itself to bring new products to market faster and continue innovating at scale.
